DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.LI-HybridTeam Overview:Como Especialista en Operaciones contra el Lavado de Dinero (AML), serás responsable de monitorear y analizar la actividad transaccional en cuentas digitales para identificar y escalar patrones relacionados con el lavado de dinero o comportamientos financieros inusuales. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el Oficial de Cumplimiento para proporcionar alertas bien documentadas basadas en tus hallazgos, y apoyarás las investigaciones recopilando datos relevantes tanto de sistemas internos como de fuentes externas.Role Responsibilities:- Monitorear y analizar patrones transaccionales en cuentas digitales de ahorro o depósito (por ejemplo, a través de SPEI y saldos de cuenta).- Identificar actividades sospechosas relacionadas con AML y escalar posibles casos de Reporte de Operación Inusual (ROI) o Reporte de Actividad Sospechosa (SAR) al Oficial de Cumplimiento.- Documentar y dar seguimiento a las escalaciones de manera clara, con evidencia de respaldo y justificación del riesgo.- Investigar el comportamiento de los clientes utilizando datos internos e inteligencia de fuentes abiertas.- Mantenerse actualizado sobre tipologías, señales de alerta (red flags) y amenazas emergentes relacionadas con AML en el sector fintech.- Apoyar auditorías, reportes regulatorios y revisiones internas de AML según sea necesario.Role Qualifications:- Más de 2 años de experiência, con al menos 1 año en AML, operaciones de riesgo, cumplimiento o monitoreo de fraude.- Se prefiere contar con preparatoria terminada o licenciatura en Finanzas, Economía, Matemáticas, Ingeniería, Estadística o un campo cuantitativo similar.- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de investigación.- Familiaridad con las regulaciones de AML en México (por ejemplo, LFPIORPI, CNBV).- Dominio del inglés (nível intermedio o superior).- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente con gran atención al detalle.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, capacidad de influencia, con liderazgo sólido y habilidades para gestionar equipos.- Experiência trabajando de forma autónoma y priorizando múltiples objetivos. Persona capaz de diseñar estrategias de gestión de riesgos y generar análisis que sirvan como recomendaciones para otros equipos.- Disponibilidad para horarios flexibles.- Capacidad para abordar desafíos desde la perspectiva del usuario, con un enfoque pragmático y orientado a soluciones.- Nível intermedio en Outlook, Excel y PowerPoint.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
