Tax Leadership Role We are seeking a skilled tax professional to lead our tax function in Mexico. This strategic role will ensure strict regulatory compliance and the optimization of the tax burden within a dynamic international environment. Responsibilities Supervising and ensuring the correct determination, reconciliation, and filing of all federal and local taxes for Mexican entities. Leading requests for refunds and offsetting of favorable balances for VAT and other taxes, efficiently managing interactions with the SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service). Serving as the main point of contact and being responsible for addressing audits and requirements from the tax authority (SAT) and external auditors. Managing Transfer Pricing regulations, coordinating annual studies on intercompany transactions. Proactively monitoring reforms in Mexican tax legislation, analyzing impacts and developing adaptation strategies. Preparing accurate 'Tax Reporting Packages' for foreign parent companies, including Deferred Tax calculations under international standards (IFRS/US GAAP). Title Requirements / Background Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Public Accounting. 8-10 years of proven experience in Tax leadership roles. Previous experience working with Big Four firms is an asset.
