Para nuestro cliente, una prestigiosa firma de lujo del sector de la moda y joyería, EXPERTA seleccionaun Store Manager para su nueva aperturaen la Ciudad de México. Funciones: Supervisar y dirigir las operaciones diarias de la tienda, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad y servicio al cliente establecidos por la empresa. Gestionar y motivar al equipo de ventas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas establecidos. Coordinar y planificar las actividades de merchandising y visual merchandising en la tienda. Realizar análisis de ventas y elaborar informes para identificar oportunidades de mejora y tomar decisiones estratégicas. Mantener una excelente presentación de la tienda y asegurar que se cumplan los estándares de limpieza y organización. Gestionar el inventario y asegurar la disponibilidad de productos en la tienda. Mantener una comunicación fluida con la sede central y otros departamentos de la empresa. Perfil demandado: Experiencia previa como Store Manager en el sector de la moda y/o joyería. Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos. Orientación al cliente y habilidades de venta. Conocimiento del mercado y tendencias en el sector de la moda y joyería. Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y bajo presión. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas. Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos. Nivel mediode inglés.
