Senior Fullstack React/NodeJS Developer This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Fullstack React/NodeJS Developer in Latin America. As a Senior Fullstack React/NodeJS Developer, you will take a leading role in designing and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work across both front-end and back-end development, shaping system architecture, implementing best practices, and solving complex technical challenges. The role allows you to influence project direction, mentor colleagues, and contribute to innovative solutions that impact the team and clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of the products you build. This position provides an opportunity to grow technically, gain hands-on experience with modern cloud and microservice architectures, and make a tangible impact on business outcomes. Accountabilities Architect, design, and implement high-quality, maintainable code following best practices. Solve complex problems efficiently while ensuring optimal system performance and scalability. Serve as a technical expert in one or more areas and contribute to broader system architecture. Influence and guide technical decisions, system monitoring, and problem resolution. Mentor team members and provide guidance on feature design and implementation. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience with Node/NestJS development. 3+ years of experience with React for front-end development. 4+ years of experience with SQL, including query design and optimization. 3+ years of experience with AWS (SQS, Lambda, ECS, CloudFront, ALB). 2+ years of experience with Microservices or cloud-native architectures. 2+ years of experience with Jest for testing, Terraform (IaC), GitLab CI/CD, and AWS Lambdas. 1+ years of experience with Playwright. Advanced English proficiency for effective communication with clients and teams.
