Position Summary:Owns and drives the Sales, Inventory, and planning process. Manages Production Sales Inventory (PSI) Specialists.Major Responsibilities:- Analyzes inventory turns for product lines, warehouses and customer stocking programs. Liaisons with cross functional business teams to prepare for sales promotions, seasonal products, and new product introductions.- Develops and maintains product availability dashboards, scorecards, and metrics to review forecast accuracy. Maintains item attributes at the warehouse and plant level to ensure appropriate stocking levels are achieved.- Collaborates with cross functional teams to drive Lean Six Sigma policy deployment projects for the improvement inventory availability.- Manages the process to reduce excess and obsolete inventory. Develops policies and procedures to determine root cause and better allocate resources and plant capacity in the future.- Drive 80/20 models to maintain healthy inventory levelsRegal Rexnord Corporation (“Regal Rexnord”) is a leading manufacturer of electric motors, electrical motion controls, power generation and mechanical power transmission products and sub-systems, serving customers around the world in the general industrial, consumer, commercial construction, food & beverage, and alternative energy end markets, among others.
