Join us and make impact happen with a career at TikTok.**About the Team**:The HR operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We aspire to ensure employees feel heard and that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their careers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This is a full-time role in our Mexico City, Mexico office.**Responsibilities**:- Learn and assist with identifying business continuous improvement opportunities and related actions in order to mitigate risks, improve compliance and enhance our process efficiencies.- Resourceful, solution-oriented professional with experience in supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes, with a focus on employee experience and compliance, in partnership with other functions and cross-functional teams.- Ensure legal compliance by managing and implementing applicable human resource state requirements.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, across multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.- Assist with documentation, maintenance, communication, and training of people operations processes and programs.- Committed to building a good and harmonious employee relations environment.**Qualifications**:- Support employees and improve employee experience by providing an end-to-end HR solution in compliance to the Mexico market.- 3+ years of People Operations/Human Resources related experience.- Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English and Spanish to support the Mexico market.- Bachelor's degree or above.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
