Lead, partner and thrive HR strategy for Customer Operations most exciting and impactful transformation**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**- Calculation of VAT and WHT.- Coordinating with Finance Teams for CIT and Transfer Pricing Reporting.- Calculations of local taxes for the relevant LATAM Country.- Responsible to coordinate and track relevant activities of our 3PSP- Participate in global projects for LATAM Tax.- Responsible to ensure compliance controls of GFCF- Coordinate with Tax OSP and Country Tax Managers for finalizing the Tax Returns.- Process review setting preventive actions- Communication with all Financial, Tax and Treasury Teams.- Participate in automation projects and digital reports- Preparation of Reconciliations of Tax accounts in the Trial Balance.**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.- Experience in Global Services Center (preferred)- Compliance controls- Advanced English- 1 + year experience in Tax compliance.- Strong orientation to Continuous Improvement- Accountability of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Experience developing root cause analysis (RCA)
