**SS CONSULTORES busca Accounting Coordinator en Monterrey, Nuevo León**:**International company** in the electrical sector, with over 30 years of experience in the design, production, and distribution of electrical systems and equipment, is looking to integrate into its team a **Accounting Coordinator**.**Requirements**:- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting- English: Advanced (reading, writing, and speaking)- Excel: Intermediate to advanced- ERP: SAP**Required Experience**- 3 years in general accounting and taxation- Knowledge in expense management and freight reengineering with an accounting focus- Knowledge of tax regulations: U.S. and Latin American- SAP FI experience is a plus- Ability to coordinate, supervise, and follow up on the work of an accounting team of 5 people**Salary**: Negotiable**Benefits**:- Legal benefits- Major Medical Insurance.- Life Insurance,- Savings Fund,- 21 days of Christmas bonus**Main Responsibilities**:- Coordinate, supervise, and follow up on the activities of the accounting team, ensuring compliance with accounting closings and key deadlines- Supervise the accounting registration of operations according to NIIF / US GAAP- Record, analyze, and control costs and expenses related to external services (maintenance, consulting, insurance, freight, and banking services)- Conduct financial analysis of costs and expenses, identifying savings opportunities, operational efficiencies, and budget control- Prepare and review periodic financial reports- Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings- Manage and maintain updated fixed asset records (additions, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliations)- Support tax compliance, including review of local and international taxes- Ensure correct use and control of the SAP ERP system- Collaborate with internal departments and international teams on accounting, tax, and financial matters**Key Competencies**- Leadership and team coordination- US GAAP / IFRS / LATAM tax regulations- Financial planning and budget control- Financial and budgetary accounting**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Contabilidad / Finanzas**Industria**:Fabricación Eléctrica / Electrónica
