As a Supervisor, CTA at ICON, you will oversee the clinical trial administration team, ensuring the efficient and accurate management of documentation and operational support for clinical trials. Your leadership will be essential in optimizing administrative processes, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.What You Will Be Doing:- Supervising and managing the clinical trial administration team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of essential trial documents, including regulatory submissions, study contracts, and trial master files.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, project management, and regulatory affairs, to support the successful execution of clinical trials.- Implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards.- Providing training and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and a culture of continuous improvement in clinical trial administration practices.- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trial administration processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.Your Profile:- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.- Significant experience in clinical trial administration or project coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving collaboration in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail and compliance.- Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.What ICON can offer you:- Our success depends on the quality of our people.
