**Job ID**: **Required Travel** :Minimal**Managerial - No****Location**: :reqLocation**Who are we?**:**In one sentence**:**What will your job look like?**:- Monitoring of loads and ELT processes for all Lines of business-- Active monitoring of receipt of critical files-- Handle jobs and processes failures and recovery of it-- Communication to stake holders, leadership and business clients for issue updates throughout problem resolution-- Create a solid first line of defense and be a gatekeeper to production for production stability and business continuity-- Provide active support to Business questions-- Support to Platform / Snowflake Database team in production IDs and EMR cluster-- Monitoring and support to Front end tool for availability as such tool are critical for business users-- Monitoring Dashboard for production anomalies and come up with suggestions for future enhancements to Dashboard-- Maintain Runbook documentation up to date-- Data catchup and follow up with source systems for data issues**All you need is...**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent- 6+ years’ experience as a Software Support Engineer- Must have- Production support experience- Data analytical and problem-solving skills- Hand on experience working with AWS services like Lambda, EMR, SNS, EC2, S3, EKS, CloudWatch, Security- Database knowledge of Snowflake and Dynamo DB with very Strong SQL skills.- Linux - Strong in Linux and scripting- Good communication skills - Verbal and Written- Team player and ability to gel in cross module team- Good to have- Knowledge and prior experience in Python, Spark - Big plus- Airflow, Jenkins - Familiarity will be a plus- AWS, Snowflake certifications are a plus.**Why you will love this job**:- Get a chance to gain valuable experience and wide knowledge of Software integrative systems- Get the opportunity to be exposed to advance marked technologies and working with multi channels and divers area of expertise**Amdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
