What You’ll Do Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce , and Flows. Build and maintain scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with business needs. Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs . Perform Salesforce data modeling, data management, and data migrations. Configure and maintain Salesforce security models, including roles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the Salesforce environment. Recommend platform improvements and support continuous optimization initiatives. Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices. Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce , and Salesforce automation tools. Solid experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud is a plus). Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems. Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, governance, and security best practices. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins , or similar. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Strong communication skills and experience working with non‑technical stakeholders.
