As a team manager, you will drive and foster a continuous quality improvement mind-set to ensure our products meet our customers’ expectations.**Your core responsibilities will be**:People managementLeading Quality teams.Managing talent.Function managementAs Quality Management Site Head, managing and improving shop floor quality and technology driven by both regional and global policy.Implementing local Vendor and Customer Quality programs aligned with both global and local policy.Process improvement & Project ManagementIdentifying and driving opportunities for local Quality Management improvement.Overseeing both local and regional projects and enabling knowledge/best practices sharing.Managing change processes driven by global policy.The position will be based in Jiutepec, Morelos.You?Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
