Client Relations Specialist

**POSITION OVERVIEW**The Client Relations Associate is responsible for maintaining communication with clients, and increasing our contact with them to improve their service use and increase renewal rates.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, your responsibilities will include:- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication- Facilitate kick-off calls and work on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients- Create plans to address clients’ needs- Regularly checking in on clients to ensure they're satisfied with the services- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate- Researching competitors and learning how to stay ahead of the competition to recruit and keep new clients- Collaborating closely with other departments to build strategies that ensure clients’ are satisfied with the company’s services**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Excellent written and verbal English skills- Ability to handle customer service with high due care- Prior experience in client relations service is a plus- With background in sales and account management- Proactive, resourceful and with high attention-to-detail- Strategic and results orientedPay: $800.00 per month
