**Buyer Indirect****About the Role**Coordinate and manage the indirect procurement requirements goods and/or services in accordance with the internal policies and procedures established by Essity, in close collaboration with stakeholders. Always looking for suppliers that offer the best QCD (quality, cost, delivery).**What you Will DO**- Oversee compliance procurement indirect procedures and policies that Essity´s established.- Responsible for indirect requirements of goods and services for Essity's operation, ensuring QCD (quality, cost, delivery), where applicable.- Manage agreements of services and/or purchase of indirect goods where applicable.- Supplier development with stakeholder, to detect potential improvements, in goods or services for Indirect Procurement.- Ensure goods and services are placed with the highest quality, best possible price, applying, if necessary, bidding processes that allow the company to secure the best supply options.- Ensure goods and services are purchased with the highest quality, best possible price, if it´s necessary; bidding processes that allow the company to secure the best supply options.- Follow up of quality issues, returns, requests credit notes and final set up in system.- Give feedback to suppliers when required.- Work in close collaboration with all stakeholders involved for the achievement for Essity KPI´s.- To deal with customer/suppliers complains- Proactive seek cost savings opportunities through analyzing current operations and data in conjunction with the sourcing manager.**Who You Are**- Bachelor's degree; international business, administration or similar.- Language: English intermated at least.- At least 5 years of experience in Indirect procurement.- Management and knowledge: SAP, Ariba, Office**Skills**:- Negotiation- Dealing with suppliers- Team player- Ability to work under pressure- Holistic vision- Customer orientedProactivity**What We Can Offer You**:At Essity, we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique and want to empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.Collaborative and Inclusive Culture | Empowering & Engaged Leaders | Working with Powerful Purpose & Sustainable Impact | Learning and Growing in your Career | Supporting Well-being & Sustainable Working Life | Life-changing Innovations | Competitive Total rewardsEssity-MX**Application End Date**:30 jun 2025**Job Requisition ID**:Essity
