Propiedad de una compañía china con sede en Shanghái, Alebrije Logistics se destaca por su compromiso con el cliente y la eficiencia operativa.Estamos en búsqueda de un**:Customer Service Jr.****Responsabilidades Principales**:- **Atención al cliente**: Gestionar consultas y solicitudes de manera clara y eficiente.- ** Gestión de reportes**: Elaborar y actualizar reportes sobre las operaciones logísticas.- ** Recepción de solicitudes**: Procesar solicitudes de los clientes asegurando una respuesta oportuna.- ** Manejo de quejas**: Resolver problemas o quejas de manera rápida y satisfactoria.- ** Reporte a jefe de operaciones**: Informar sobre el progreso de actividades y situaciones que requieran atención.**Requisitos**:- **Educación**: Estudiante de último semestre, recién egresado o profesional con experiência en logística, transporte, operadores o agentes de carga.- ** Experiência**: Alrededor de 1 año de experiência en posiciones similares dentro de la industria logística o de transporte.- ** Habilidades Técnicas**: Capacidad para manejar reportes operativos y familiaridad con procesos logísticos.- ** Habilidades Blandas**: Liderazgo, iniciativa, capacidad de resolución de problemas, trabajo en equipo, puntualidad, buena redacción y comunicación efectiva.- ** Idiomas**: Nível de inglés intermedio.**Beneficios**:- Contrato directo- Salario base mensual- Prestaciones de ley**Horario**: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 am - 6:00 pm**Lugar de trabajo**: Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX (Polanco)**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - cursando**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Inicial**Función departamental**:Logística / Transporte**Industria**:Transporte, Logística, Cadena de Suministro y Almacenamiento**Habilidades**:- Resolución de problemas- Atención al cliente- Comunicación efectiva- Gestión de quejas
