**Description**As an account executive, your duties will be oriented into helping the company grow through direct contact with the clients and constant follow up of the process of closing up deals with current or potential clients in order to guarantee their satisfaction with our services.You will also play a big role as an intermediary between active departments at a given project in order to offer proper assistance and ensure adherence to quality standards that meet the clients expectations, meaning also being capable of collaborative discussing and solution agreements.Your communication skills and creative thinking will not only help the above, but also be essential for sales strategies formulation and being able to transmit their value for implementation with a results-driven approach.**Typical Activities**:- Closely follow sales cycles from client finding to deal securing- Intermediate between departments involved in ongoing projects- To keep constant contact with the clients for assistance, new needs etc- Discuss agreements and solutions for project matters- Provide after-sales support- Elaborate and propose sales strategies and plans- Analytics & reporting**Requirements**:- Strong knowledge of SAP/ABAP programming- Familiarity, knowledge or experience with SAP business processes, SAP Standard functionalities and Custom Reports- Familiar with flowcharts and pseudocode- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns- At least a basic experience with testing processes- Be a driven self-learner- Dynamic, creative and motivated personality- Logical and analytical thinking- At least a good basis in writing technical documentation- Good knowledge of the English language, verbally as well as in writing- Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)**Nice to have**:- SAP Fiori experience- SAP BTP experience- Webservices & API experience- Familiar with the life cycle of a project- Experience with any other programming language (C, C++, python,)- Any other command of other languages in writing as well as verbally, next to Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese; to lesser extend Russian, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Arabic**Qualifications**:- Any language command stretches to recommendation- Ability to work legally in Mexico through nationality or readily available work permit- Clean criminal records**Required documents**:- Resume in English with your photo- Scan of the front and backside of your INE or residence/work permit- Most up to date study results as applicableFurther documentation will only be required later in the hiring process.
