**Human Resources Manager**Location Amexhe, MexicoFORVIA HELLA is a listed international automotive supplier. With currently around 36,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of €8.1 billion in fiscal year 2024.**YOUR TASKS**Objective:- Supervision and consultancy of the Human Resources-Departments as well as the management, superiors, and employees of the companies in the country in matters relating to personnel management and social welfare to ensure the personnel targets.- Coordinating, checking and supervising activities relating to personnel administration, personnel training, labor relations and general Company services, as well as defining and introducing policies in accordance with policies laid down by Company Management and the Hella Group and in accordance with current legal regulations, in order to ensure compliance with economic obligations and agreements with employees, to achieve optimum workforce suitability and development according to the needs of the organization, by ensuring a good climate.**A Human Resources**1 Recommend, evaluate, and advise various HR-programs (such as benefits and salary compensation, training and development, communication, employee relations) to support company goals and objectives.2 Develop and promote a variety of communication tools such as employee newsletter bulletin boards, communication meetings to ensure that the employees are kept informed of company goals and objectives and progress.3 Defining and introducing internal communication policies and procedures, ensuring a proper level of information to the workforce, and maintaining relations with the outside, to ensure a suitable level of communication, safeguarding Company interests.4 Drawing up, coordinating, and implementing or asserting the personnel principles to ensure the success of the company.5 Establish, promote, and manage employee relation programs that support the culture of the organization in order maintain a union free environment and ensure positive employee morale.6 With targets and delegation, selecting, qualifying, and further developing employees based on a culture of trust, controlling effectiveness, to develop and compensate potentials and promote individual competencies.7 Assistance in various project groups and teams, preparing workforce structure, statistics to optimise workflows and processes and improve employee and superior satisfaction.8 Checking and supervising personnel administrative activities, as well as establishing the salaries, to ensure proper preparation of payslips and social security and ensuring compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement and current legislation.9 Establish and control relations between employees and the Company, negotiating, developing, and drawing up the companies Agreement, in collaboration with the Management for encouraging a suitable labour climate, ensuring subsequent compliance with the above and safeguarding company interests at all times.10 Preparing the annual Human Resources budget, in coordination with other areas, and their subsequent checking and monitoring to detect and analyse possible deviations and to establish corrective measures.11 Coordinating, supervising, and participating in the company’s recruitment and selection processes and internal promotion, to cover human resources needs at the Companies of the country and to ensure job-person suitability.12 Coordinating in the identification of training and development needs all over the companies of the country, to have the skills and abilities required for the best possible performance of their duties.**B Leadership****1 Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfil the tasks.2 Guiding, instructing, and supporting employees in function-related tasks.3 Responsible for hiring process and sustain the team performance and evaluation as well as qualification demands.4 Managing of employees according to targets and delegation, to select, to qualify and further develop employees based on a culture of trust, control effectiveness, in order to develop and compensate potential and promote individual competencies, to achieve the targets of the department.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- More than 8 years of experience in Human Resources- Solid experience with employee relations, internal communication, C&B, recruitment, training and development- Experience preparing HR budget- Leadership: Deploying, guiding, instructing and supporting employees.- Adva
