**Responsibilities**:- **Gather and document business requirements across stakeholders.**:- **Coordinate implementation activities across multiple teams.**:- **Analyze data using Excel and business intelligence tools.**:- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance originations, collections, notifications, and fraud prevention strategies in the banking/financial domain.**:- **Support omni-channel initiatives across digital platforms.**:- **Present technical and business information clearly to managers, clients, and stakeholders.**:- **Contribute to high-pressure project environments with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.****Requirements**:- **Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Software, etc.) or equivalent experience.**:- **7-10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.**:- **Background in the banking industry or financial institutions is a must.**:- **Strong communication and presentation skills.**:- **Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.**:- **Proficient in Excel; familiarity with business intelligence software is a plus.**:- **Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).**:- **Willing to travel up to 10-15% based on project needs.**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $110,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
