**Description**The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager is an integral role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the company, providing a high level of customer service, administrative support and project management throughout the recruiting process outsourcing with our Clients.The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the design, development and implementation of a leading edge full-cycle recruitment process, to include adopting best practices, using metrics to develop cost-effective recruiting and creative recruitment solutions.**Educational and Work experience required**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.- Six years of full-time experience in Aerospace or Automotive Industry and/or Staffing and recruiting industry. Must have experience about how talent acquisition fits into the bigger picture on a strategic level.**Required SKILLS/ABILITIES**:- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Board Management and reporting- Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Must have excellent command of English language and grammar, both verbal and written.- Experience with corporate communication which consistently demonstrates respect, concern, and responsiveness.- Must have organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Able to process and protect confidential information in a professional manner.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Pay: $15,784.32 - $30,941.83 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Mexicali, B.C.
