In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the Quality Manager, you as a Sr Supervisor Quality will be responsible for Supervises daily activities of a large quality team to ensure that quality standards are met or exceeded for raw materials and finished product. Manages work activities, monitors status of projects, and serves as an escalation point for questions. Oversees processes and budgets to ensure quality of raw materials and finished product complies with Littelfuse standards. Trains team members and contributes to performance evaluations.About the job:- Coaches and manages the daily work activities and may have accountability for the performance of the team.- Leads a team that identifies quality issues related to production process and provides recommendations to improve quality for a location.- Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns; acts as an escalation point of contact.- Trains team members and provides input to performance reviews.- Other duties as assigned.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.About you:- Bachelor or university degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, or Industrial.- Five to seven years of experience with at least two years at a supervisor level- Supervisory skills- Advanced knowledge in MS Office- Strong analytical skills- Strong communication skills- High attention to detail- English fluent- Experience with global automotive industry.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
