If so, keep reading**The position: Business Development Representative**As our Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for presenting and selling the solution provided by Moskito by Angel Host Mexico to Vacation Rental Property Managers across the Riviera Maya region. You’ll be prospecting for new leads, following up on website inbound leads, attending local conferences and events, and establishing strategic partnerships with the goal of adding new properties to our portfolio. This position is ideal for you if you love a consultative sales approach (longer sales cycle).Being friendly, welcoming, and helpful is at the core of our DNA, which is why we are committed to providing incredible value to the Property Managers we work with. We treat our clients with the utmost care, ensuring that we obtain the best results for their short-term rental properties.Because you’ll be among our first Business Development Representatives, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to develop and advance in your career, as our company is projected to grow exponentially in the coming months.**Specifically, we need you to**:- Engage in conversations (in person visits and over the phone) with Real Estate Agents and Broker offices in the region to present the solution offered by Moskito by Angel Host Mexico, in order to entice Agents and Brokers to refer clients to us;- Prospect for new leads, follow up on inbound leads, attend local conferences and events, and establish strategic partnerships with the goal of adding new properties to our portfolio;- Cultivate deep relationships with strategic partners that could help speed up our sales process;- Qualify prospective clients to ensure they meet Angel Host’s criteria;- Produce listing performance audits and proposals to help educate prospective clients;- Handle objections with a consultative approach;- Record all your activity in our CRM system;- Meet or exceed your sales targets; close 4-5 contracts per month with a goal of achieving more.**Is this job for you?
