Responsibilities Perform compliance testingand debug failures using lab equipment: TDR, VNA Experience interpretingS-parameters and TDR measurements (Knowledge of VNA, TDR, BERT test is a must) Analyze waveforms, eyediagrams, jitter, reflections, crosstalk, ringing, and skew. Create automated test setups Develop custom fixtures &test boards. Define Pass/Fail criteria ofautomated TDR equipment Perform signal integritysimulations (time-domain and frequency-domain). Work with board designers toset rules for: Trace Impedance control, Differential pair routing, Via design, Skew control Work with PCB vendors todefine PCB stack-up Provide clear root-causeanalysis and recommended corrective actions. Generate simulation reports,lab test results, and compliance documentation. Evaluate new test equipment Testprogram development and fine tuning on released programs. Test plan creation and followup with customers Qualifications Mechanical, Mechatronics,Robotics or Electronic Engineer. English 95% Experience in SignalIntegrity is a must. Proactive, dynamic, with asense of urgency skills for analysis. Minimum experience of 3 yearsin the Electronic Manufacturing Industry. Ease of speech and ability to communicate theiridea.
