La posición es compleja. Esta persona debe identificar áreas de oportunidad, resolver problemas, proponer mejoras y comunicarse con el área operativa.El objetivo será asegurar que el monitoreo de calidad se realice de manera productiva para garantizar el correcto cumplimiento del proceso de KYC y la detección de casos sospechosos.Role Responsibilities:- Monitoreo del proceso de KYC y casos sospechosos.- Ofrecer resúmenes y asesoramiento con los hallazgos a las áreas internas y de negocio.- Mantener el registro de horas trabajadas y los expedientes del personal.- Proponer mejoras al proceso a través de un análisis.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa y legales, y reportar cualquier desviación.Role Qualifications:- 2 años de experienia en proceso de KYC - Validación de documentación y monitoreo de transacciones.- Título universitario en procesos o carrera trunca.- Pensamiento crítico.- Actuar como contacto clave con otras áreas.- Habilidades de comunicación.- Trabajo en equipo.- Atención al detalle.- Experiência en productos financieros.- Conocimientos en Office, Google Sheets y Excel.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
