This includes credit approval process and discussions with related divisions such as credit departments, Transaction Banking Division, Tokyo, legal, etc.**Responsibilities**:- Prepare pitch books and other marketing materials.- Work with Relationship Management offices and coordinate the approval process.- Ensure transactions adhere to the Bank's compliance, risk, and regulatory frameworks.- Assist in the negotiation of legal documentation.- Monitor existing portfolio for attrition and opportunities to increase utilization of existing facilities.- Execute documentation and booking of transactions.- Help identify prospects that align with the strategy of Trade Finance.- 2 to 3 years' experience in trade finance- Excellent knowledge of the Stand-by Letter of Credit product, Export Letter of Credit, UCP 600, Import Financing and Bills of Exchange- Knowledge of existing trade finance products- Strong Microsoft Office skills- Excellent analytical and written communication skills- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Master's in Business is preferredWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and committed to leveraging the diverse backgrounds, perspectives and experience of our workforce to create opportunities for our colleagues and our business.
