Formed through the merger of IMS Health and Quintiles, IQVIA offers a broad range of solutions that harness advances in healthcare information, technology, analytics and human ingenuity to drive healthcare forward.PSP Coordinator**The purpose of the job**Strategic key partner for internal stakeholders providing key information for decision making, driven by data entry management (vendors/intern/others).Management of different cross functional projects focused on PSP innovation and improvement.**Nature and scope of** **Main accountabilities**- Builds strategic relationships with internal stakeholders by aligning PSP activities to BUs strategy.- Effective source of PSP information for local affiliate and others.- Provides valuable insights from PSP data to BUs.- Builds a culture of innovation by encouraging initiatives that lead to continuous improvement and development over time.- Provides training sales force.- Administration- Liaises and supports BU/Educators/Sales Force as required.- Participates in regional sales meetings as required.- Other- Establishes strategy and policies to increase efficiency as part of organizational competitiveness.Promotes the identification and development of synergies between functions, highlighting the benefits for each area and minimizing the areas of conflict.Priority setting and problem solvingBusiness acumen (Proven ability to sell concepts and ideas in order to achieve buy-in from stakeholders)**Education requirements**Bachelor’s in business management or administration or similarProficiency English level**Work experience**3 - 5 years of working experience in PSP (Patient Support Programs)**Competency profiles**- High Performing- Make things happen- Communicate with impact- Analytical Skills- Focus on what matters- Industry and business knowledge- Personal Leadership- Meets and respond customer needs- Continuous improvement- Collaboration and Teamwork
