MISIÓN Y PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO:
MISIÓN:
Aplicar los procesos y la tecnología para mantener la alta disponibilidad y seguridad del Centro de cómputo, basándose en las mejores prácticas de gestión, operación y mantenimiento de clase mundial.
Responsabilidades:
  • Supervisar los trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, ejecutando los procesos establecidos (MOPS, SOPS y EOPS) para asegurar la disponibilidad y el correcto funcionamiento del Centro de Datos.
  • Supervisar los trabajos ejecutados por el área de proyectos (Cableado eléctrico y de comunicaciones) y clientes, realizando el proceso de cierre de puertas, para asegurar y mantener los estándares de instalación de KIO Networks.
  • Realizar recorridos constantes por las instalaciones, revisando y analizando los parámetros generales de los equipos electromecánicos para identificar y comunicar a su coordinador condiciones de operación anormal, alarmas, fallas y riesgos en la infraestructura.
