Senior Ruby Backend Developer Descripción del trabajo ALL AROUND MEXICO-REMOTE JOB OFFER Our client's main goal is to build fraud and compliance infrastructure for crypto and fintech companies so they can focus on honing their service instead of fortifying their product against fraudsters. Their team built the fraud prevention and compliance infrastructure that scaled both Coinbase and Revolut. Today, they are growing incredibly fast, and power‑leading fintechs around the world. Culture They are based in Bay Area and NYC but have a remote work culture. They hire talented, self‑motivated people and get out of their way. They value performance, not hours worked (or what time you work). They believe you shouldn't have to miss your family dinner, your kid's school play, or doctor's appointment for the sake of adhering to an arbitrary work schedule. About the Role Design, build and maintain scalable, reliable, and performant services and systems that handles payment and settlement. Write quality code and unit tests. Build and launch new capabilities and products that bring significant value to customers. Work closely with different engineering teams and product teams. Work with production systems and on‑call processes. 3+ years writing production back‑end systems code using Ruby. Experience in the successful delivery of high‑quality production services and systems. Experience in Fintech domain in a plus.
