**Main job objective - Mission**:The Senior Financial Analyst with an operations focus will analyze and optimize production costs and operational efficiency. This role requires a good understanding of manufacturing processes to provide financial analysis that supports strategic decisions, improves profitability, and ensures the financial sustainability of the maquiladora operation.**Main responsibilities and Key Result Areas**:- Develop and maintain financial models integrating operational data to assess profitability by production line, continuous improvement projects, and cost reduction initiatives.- Collaborate with the operations department to identify savings and efficiency opportunities, translating these opportunities into concrete financial analyses.- Drive the Manufacturing Expense Overview in collaboration with the production team.- Support inventory control and accuracy.- Actively participate in the financial planning cycle, ensuring that operations budgets accurately reflect variable and fixed costs, and production forecasts. Perform monthly variance analysis.- Monitor and analyze specific operations key performance indicators (KPIs), such as production line efficiency, defect rates, and capacity utilization.**Professional qualifications and knowledge**:- Bachelor’s degree in finance, with over 3 years of experience in financial analysis, with a significant focus on operations, ideally in the maquiladora industry.- In-depth knowledge of production processes and the ability to interpret operational data into financial analyses.- Strong proficiency in analytical and reporting tools, including advanced Excel and ERP systems like SAP.- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, capable of effectively interacting with finance and operations teams.**Competencies and personal skills**:- Strong analytical orientation with a focus on problem-solving.- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Commitment to continuous improvement and the pursuit of operational efficiencies.- Strategic vision to align financial analyses with operational and business objectives.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $9,000.00 - $12,000.00 a la semanaHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Días por enfermedad- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Trabajo desde casaExperiência:- Recursos humanos: 5 años (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
