Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure problems, ensuring smooth operations of all systems.- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.- Build and automate cluster deployments using Kubernetes/SLURM ensuring high availability and performance.- Collaborate with development teams to understand infrastructure requirements and provide necessary support.- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of systems.- Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning activities.- Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and reliability of infrastructure.- Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.- Excellent communication skills, willing to work in a collaborative team environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.**Qualifications**:** Minimum qualifications,**You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:- Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science or similar STEM field.- 4+ years of experience in similar roles, working with:- debugging issues in configuration of CPU and GPU based environments.- troubleshooting infrastructure issues in a production environment with K8.- hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Ansible.- scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.- CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git.- building and automating cluster deployments using K8.- Advanced English level.- The position is in Mexico, it is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship.- Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Mexico.**Preferred qualifications,**- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.- Familiarity with Workload Managers like SLURM or similar tools.- Understanding of networking principles and protocols.- Knowledge of DevOps best practices and methodologies.- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools like Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Grafana.- Understanding of security best practices in cloud and container environments.**Inside this Business Group**:Do you want to impact how thousands of software developers around the world use Intel platforms?
