Marketing Specialist

GRUPO CIPSA - Mezcladoras y Trailers de México S.A. de C.V.**Position**: Marketing SpecialistWe are looking for a creative, analytical, and proactive professional responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies focused on generating new clients and sales opportunities through the organization of both in-person and virtual events.**Key Responsibilities**:Plan, organize, and follow up on events, trade shows, and exhibitions across various markets (USA, Mexico, Central and South America).Manage vendors, budgets, and timelines.Administer and monitor the CRM system.Generate periodic performance reports.Conduct market and competitor analysis.**Requirements**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho or similar), basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and strong skills in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel).Data analysis skills.Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).Valid U.S. visa.**We Offer**:Competitive salaryLegal and above-standard benefitsPerformance bonusesLife insuranceMajor medical insurance (SGM)**Work Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM**Location**:Cuautlancingo, Puebla
