As a collaborative partner, we strive to deliver the right solutions at the right time and at the right cost to solve tough business challenges.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities****Repack Payables Analyst****Main Purpose**This role provides support to the contract manfucturing team in PepsiCo Foods Canada. The coordinator is in charge of invoice processing of third-party operations for our business and ensures suppliers get paid on time and accurately for the services they provide to our organization. The person in this role will interact directly with suppliers and other internal stakeholders and ensure our process is compliant with pepsiCo standards.- Ensure all invoices sent by suppliers are processed (tracked, validated and approved) and then sent to Accounts Payable for payment- Create and maintain blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) to ensure spend budget per supplier does not run out- Interact with suppliers and contractors directly to resolve any invoice-related matter- Track all needed accruals at period end to ensure financial visibility and predicatability on goods received but not paid- Resolve purchase order and receipt of goods and services discrepancies- Generate weekly and periodic reports utilized by other stakeholders across the business in Supply Chain and Finance- Build and maintain scorecards/dashboards that support the team with data insights and performance management**Qualifications**- Bachelor´s degree needed- Fluent English level is required- Programming knowledge in Python, SQL, or VBA is required- Intermediate MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, conditional formatting) are required.- Strong verbal and written communication skills**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
