The incumbent is responsible for the engineering and process design for product and equipment, standardization, machine, and process improvement. Manage process engineering activities that include new process development, technology transfer, validation, capital projects, cost reduction initiatives. Resolve troubleshooting problems, analyzing data, optimizing processes and improve KPI’s performance. Leads/participates in continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, capacity enhancement, quality, and productivity. Develop and implement procedures for machine operations, preventative maintenance, and safety. Analyze product specifications to determine materials and product, critical processing parameters, and environmental and safety requirements.**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:- Chemical Engineering Degree or related bachelor. MBA a plus.- Bilingual 90%: English - Spanish- Preferred: Experience with Beverage, Food or related industry.- Prior experience in new product development.- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.- Skilled in technical project management, leadership to drive the planning and management of risks, priorities and contingencies.- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mini-Tab, Auto Cad (or equivalent).- Good Written and Oral Communication Skills.- Attention to Detail, Speed, Accuracy, Superior Problem Solving, organizational and teamwork skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $1.00 al mesHorario:- Turno matutinoEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)
