Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment in order to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs and safety.**This position reports to**:Production Development Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Defining the sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets.- Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods, equipment performance and materials/components.- Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety, and timing requirements.- Investigating new methods, technologies and changes in equipment and process design to meet specifications.- Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources and personnel to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and a skilled, competent team.- Consulting and working with production operators and supervisors to implement changes on the production line.**Your background**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related.- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing - AutoCAD.- Design software 3D - NPI New Product Implementation.- 2 years of experience in similar positions.- Manufacturing Assembly Knowledge.- Intermediate - advanced English level.**More about us**:
