In conjunction with receipt inspection, you must identify quality problems in supplies and work on the solution. It is also responsible for verifying and ensuring that the Suppliers have complete knowledge to implement and comply with the specifications and technical procedures of the product defined by the company.**Responsibilities: E**nsure the quality of the raw material (inputs to the process) ; Manage internal customer complaints related to suppliers until the impact on the process is eliminated; Definition of metrics for supplier quality control; Qualification and evaluation of suppliers (survey); Identify, justify and propose innovations for new processes; Receives VOC's and analyzes the information together with Process Quality and manages the supplier's response through corrective actions (SCAR / 8D); Reviews and evaluates with internal customers the responses to corrective actions (SCAR / 8D); Check raw material as required and make provision; Update or see supplier scorecards being updated - Scorecard; Update or see that the information and score of providers participating in SDR is updated; Evaluate and keep updated the documentation of supplier profiles; Coordinates and presents changes of inputs (TRB) ; First Article Review (FAI); CoC Review (Certificate of Conformity).**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:Any Engineering career; Experience in Supplier Quality**Preferred Skills**:English advanced; Management of SAP system; Tracking of raw material through the entire assembly process; Management of 7 quality tools, 8D, SCAR; SQE activities (TRB, FAI, PCN); Preparation of effective presentations; Negotiation skills; Results oriented; Auditor; Customer focus; Knowledge of all the raw materials of the processes**; **Assertive communication; Recognition and Self-motivation; The 5 dysfunctions of a team; Teamwork; Conflict resolution; Decision making; Analysis and solution of problems; Adaptability to change;- Skyworks esta orgulloso de ser un empleador de igualdad de oportunidades, apoyando la diversidad en el lugar de trabajo._**Segmento de empleo**:Senior Quality Engineer, Quality Engineer, Inspector, ERP, Engineering, Quality, Technology
