We’re looking for a Software Engineer who focuses on improving software design, collaborating with their peers, and effectively communicates with other representatives of the business. The Engineer will create, test, and evaluate software applications and systems to make them function according to specific requirements. This person must be able to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams to deliver software products to the business. This position requires hands‑on experience on Java , along with frontend technologies like Angular (Typescript). Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Team work, problem solving, and communication skills. To be proactive, highly motivated, and highly engaged. Design and develop software. Test software applications and systems. Apply knowledge of computing systems and software structure. Create flowcharts, diagrams, and other documentation. Create manuals and detailed sets of instructions including algorithms that tell computers what to do. Construct, deploy, and maintain general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. Design and implement system security and data assurance. Provide support and guidance for peer programmers, as needed. Ability to work collaboratively with software testers. Ability to organize and maintain flexibility. Ability to document requirements and specifications. Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. Regular and reliable attendance. Minimum Qualifications. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences or related; or High School Degree/General Education Diploma 1 to 3 years of experience with Java (version 8+), Spring Boot. Experience working with Agile teams. Experience with Angular (Typescript). Excellent knowledge of relational databases PostgreSQL. Experience with Git or Gitlab. Nice to have. Experience with AWS.
