Our associates make the world more productive by improving the efficiency and reliability of the machinery that keeps industry in motion.**Purpose and Scope**This position is directly accountable for creating a competitive advantage through the management of a supply base that provides quality products/services that meet or exceed specifications, world class service (on-time delivery, shortest possible lead-times, responsiveness), innovation and the lowest total cost. This position has a significant impact on facility grow up working closely with engineering, maintenance, HR, IT, production, Supply chain departments. This position supply all the services, MRO material, abrasives related to the facility to keep running the business properly according to the needs.**Responsibilities**- Ensure reliable, effective, and efficient supply chains through cross-functional sourcing and supply management efforts for materials and services.- Manage existing commercial agreements that address all business needs (capacity, quality, delivery, lead-time, cost, etc).- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers / extend the Supplier Portfolio according to the facility growth.- Monitor and manage supplier performance including reduction of total cost of ownership.- Manage the MRO at the site with the support for different suppliers in house.- Management packaging materials (i.e. cardboard, plastic, pallets, etc.)- Manage local service suppliers (metrology, lawn care, recycling, etc.)- Manage the Purchase of basic equipment needs (meters, hand tools, etc.- Mange the KPI for Purchasing.- Implement - create strategies for Consumable cost reduction as annual basis.- Reach 100% Phases development for MRO Forecast (expenses against budget) process & Expenses Scoreboard.- Provide forecast expenses visibility per month to control the overall expenses against budget in Business plan.- Perform Cleansing up for open POs per month to maintain accuracy in delivery dates against expenses.- Perform accruals analysis for financial closing month.- Review the Current supplier payment status at SAP (FL1BN) for 1138 & 1237.- Purchasing Agreement creation.- PO creation / support to place PO under The TIMKEN Company (US company located in US).**Technical/Functional Skills**Control the purchase expenses according to budget providedProvide visibility of expenses picks per departmentDevelop local suppliers for facility needsMonitoring the delivery of main asset to provide in put to Logistic areaInterpersonal skillsCommunication skillsNegotiating skillsProject Management skillsTime Management skillsSAP skillsAnalytical skillsLegal environments knowledgeFinancial knowledgeSpeak English language**Education / Experience**Required - Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, engineering Degree with 5+ years’ experience.All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
