Strategy Director

Responsibilities: The Digital Strategy and Capabilities (DSC) director will lead the design, development and stewardship of Digital Transformation agenda for LAB. The director will lead the LAB Digital Council (a council comprised of SMEs that span several functions like Marketing, Dx, Insights, Finance and Operations). The director will lead multiple teams through the process of using digital technologies to create new — or modify existing — business processes, culture, and employee & customer experiences to meet changing business and market needs. Imparting digital knowledge and skills in a constructive, empowering, collaborative and results oriented way, understanding digitalization, setting the formal context for digitalization, and leading change.The director will also have significant external responsibilities and have direct involvement with Bottling Partners, Consulting and Digital Enablement firms that will support several digitalization projects across LAB. This person will have responsibility for +5 Large Bottler relationships across 6+ Countries (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Guatemala to name a few).The director will engage directly with Franchise Directors and Sr. Directors across LAB, acting as a consultant/partner for the Digital team and creating a strong value exchange between region and global teams.**_Accountabilities:_**- Demonstrate detailed experience of creating digital roadmaps and strategies for multiple use-cases at local and regional scale- Work with multi-functional teams and bottlers in a consultative way; helping them translate their business objectives into digital strategies- Proficient in Advanced Analytics / AI tools and analysis; particularly to enhance their effectiveness with commercial functions / teams- Develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders to ensure the organization is ahead of the digital trends within CPG/LRB- Lead LAB portfolio of digital projects / programs across internal and external implementations that span the enterprise (E2E Responsibilities)- Extensive experience working with multi-skilled teams (UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists and Engineers and Full-Stack developers) on projects that touch a range of technical platforms (Azure, Denodo, PowerBI, Snowflake, Salesforce, etc.)- Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, software build and change delivery- Strong ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders- An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, investigate drivers and figure out why things happen- Proven ability to build strong relationships across many different stakeholder groups, strong ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at very senior levels within the organization- Deep understanding of Digital Products and Services industry within Latin America, knowledgeable of the issues and opportunities its players face, in area such as technology, data and business change.- Previous experience with or for major Digital Transformation Consultancy businesses or in a large enterprise leading digital initiativesQualifications:**_Key Skills:_**- An engineering expert with extensive experience in running large scale transformation programs in mid to large size multi-nationals.- Expert who has experiences working with enterprise clients and is driven by solving hard core engineering problems - ‘’bridge old and new’’.- Extensive experience in leadership and relationship management- Business development and/or Commercial experience in the Food and Beverages sector- Experience covering one or more of the following areas: digital commerce & strategy, advanced analytics, data strategy and project mgmt- Consulting services experience or experience working with consulting teams to execute digital transformation engagements- Good listening skills, ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issues- Experience in structuring and developing compelling proposals- Ability to negotiate and shape a workplan that includes material commitments and milestones- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills- Good organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills- Have the flexibility to travel around LatAm (aprox. 50% of the time)**_ Competencies:_**- Entrepreneurial, Strategic Vision, Smart Innovator- Advanced Networking Skills and Inspirational Leadership competencies- Advanced communication skills- High Energy and Proactive Attitude, Self-Starter, Able to Work under High Uncertainty / Volatility and Ambiguity.- Resilient and Adaptable- Problem-Orientated Approach to Work; Simplifies Complex Concepts for the Organization and Multi-Functional Team- Strong Ability to Execute: Bring Ideas to Life in a Tangible Way
