This roleacts as the primary point of accountability for delivery outcomes andfosters collaboration across technical and business teams.The R&D Corporate Solutions Delivery lead will be accountable for thesuccessful delivery of R&D's Supplier Management programs (MaterialQualification, Supplier Quality Assurance) with two SaaS SolutionVendors.Your ImpactAs Enterprise Solutions Sr Manager your scope would consist of:Project Delivery Management ○ Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and timelines.○ Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.Stakeholder Engagement ○ Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.○ Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.Governance & Methodology ○ Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies for project execution.○ Monitor sprint commitments and facilitate key ceremonies.Risk & Issue Management ○ Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.○ Escalate decisions related to scope, schedule, and resources when necessary.Quality Assurance ○ Review solution designs, SIT/UAT test cases, and ensure defect-free deliverables.○ Drive continuous improvement initiatives.Vendor & Team Leadership ○ Manage internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.○ Build and maintain high-performing teams.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?EducationBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. ExperienceProject Management certifications (PMP, Agile, ITIL) preferred. Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT project delivery or service management. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
