PC SW Developer

Software Engineer – PC SW Developer Join E80 Group , a multinational company specializing in automated intralogistics solutions and integrated systems for consumer goods manufacturers. The group operates globally and manages logistics through the Smart Integrated Logistics (SM.I.LE80) software platform. Location: Monterrey area (Home office 20% monthly) Responsibilities Design and code applications following specifications using C#, Visual Basic, SQL, and PLC languages (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff, HMIs, etc.) Develop software on existing equipment and systems such as LGVs, palletizers, and WMS Maintain and modify existing applications independently or with senior staff Perform custom programming for customer requests Integrate software with existing systems Create and develop software simulation and modeling Customize and deploy new applications Diagnose problems and install upgrades on automated material‑handling equipment Ensure optimal performance of onsite equipment Attend periodic onsite meetings to develop strategies for improving equipment utilization Exercise diplomacy in resolving conflicting customer performance expectations Other duties as assigned Requirements Degree in Computer or Software Engineering or a related field Effective communication of technical concepts to technical and non‑technical staff Ability to interface well with professional service staff and other non‑technical members Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies Knowledge related to the area of analysis and coding performed Based in the Monterrey area Home office 20% monthly What’s In It For You Permanent contract Full time Salary based on experience Benefits & Development Our steady year‑over‑year growth supports continuous learning and career advancement, including training through the World E80 Academy and a collaborative culture under the #BE80 brand.
