Let us explore this togetherFor an overview of our work culture and benefits, click here.**JOB SUMMARY**The Reliability Engineer is responsible to develop and implement reliability strategies throughout the asset/system lifecycle. The role focuses on ensuring design reliability, managing verification processes, and implementing reliability improvement initiatives in accordance with Engineering and Project Management systems.**How You Can Be the Impact**- Develop and maintain reliability engineering standards and frameworks for asset/system design- Conduct reliability analyses and assessments during design phases- Lead design verification processes to ensure compliance with reliability requirements- Implement lifecycle cost analysis and equipment strategies- Manage and optimize equipment reliability management programs- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability targets are met- Document and analyze reliability data to drive continuous improvement- Facilitate learning and knowledge transfer of reliability best practices- Develop and maintain reliability monitoring systems- Lead root cause analysis investigations for complex technical issues**What Matters to SABIC**- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering- Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or related field- Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles and methodologies- Proficiency in reliability analysis tools and software- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong project management capabilities- Experience with Engineering and Project Management systems and processes- Fluent in English (written and verbal)- Experience with lifecycle cost analysis and equipment strategy development- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in reliability engineering- We are proud to be a diverse and an equal opportunity employer.
