**¿Qué harás como Analista de People Services?**:Como **People Service Analyst en Sealed Air**, serás el primer punto de contacto para brindar un servicio excepcional a empleados, gerentes y al equipo de Operaciones de Recursos Humanos en la región de las Américas, asegurando una experiência fluida y eficiente. Serás un socio estratégico del equipo de People Technology, colaborando estrechamente para optimizar nuestros sistemas y procesos. Además, gestionarás y mejorarás continuamente los datos en **SuccessFactors**, garantizando su precisión y buscando oportunidades para innovar y llevar nuestras operaciones de datos a un estándar de clase mundial. Tu rol será clave para que nuestros procesos sean más ágiles, efectivos y alineados con las mejores prácticas del mercado.**¿Por qué te necesitamos?**:- Porque necesitamos a alguien que reciba y procese solicitudes de cambios de posición y datos en nuestro sistema central de Recursos Humanos (**SuccessFactors**) de manera precisa y eficiente.- Porque serás el punto clave de soporte para resolver dudas y problemas relacionados con datos de RH, ayudando a empleados, gerentes y equipos internos a usar SuccessFactors correctamente.- Porque tu experiência brindando soporte de **nível 1 y 2** permitirá resolver inquietudes y garantizar una administración fluida de los datos de RH.- Porque necesitamos garantizar la calidad y funcionalidad de nuestras herramientas, y tu rol será fundamental en la ejecución de **pruebas de aceptación de usuarios** para actualizaciones y mejoras del sistema.- Porque la integridad de nuestros datos es esencial, y tu capacidad para realizar **auditorías de datos** asegurará información confiable y precisa.- Porque mantener níveles de servicio consistentes es clave, y con tu gestión nos aseguraremos de cumplir con los estándares establecidos.- Porque la velocidad y precisión en la aprobación de cambios de datos de RH son esenciales, y tu seguimiento al flujo de trabajo garantizará procesos ágiles y sin retrasos.- Porque serás un socio estratégico del equipo de **People Technology**, ayudando a establecer y mejorar prácticas y procedimientos estandarizados para la gestión de datos.**¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito en la posición?**:- Inglés Avanzado.- Conocimiento en **Success Factors** - Nível intermedio (soporte y administración operativa).- Experiência en la gestión de tickets en **ServiceNow**.- Microsoft Office, principalmente Excel.Requisition id: 49965Relocation: NoSealed Air is committed to attracting, selecting, and developing talent that reflects the diversity of the communities and customers we serve.
