Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Scrum Master** to guide and support two agile teams specializing in AI/ML initiatives.These teams work closely with Data Science, Compliance, and Analytics to develop innovative tools that enhance both Home and Branch Office environments while ensuring a smooth progression from exploration to production.**Responsibilities**- Coordinate scrum ceremonies such as PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Stand-Ups, Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Demo, and Retrospectives- Participate in Scrum of Scrums and PO Sync Ups to identify risks and dependencies- Collaborate with product owners, product managers, and the RTE to align stories with team capacity- Solve impediments through coordination and innovative problem-solving- Track team dependencies while working with other Scrum Masters to mitigate them- Analyze sprint data to identify potential risks to sprint objectives- Monitor Agile metrics and take actions to improve team performance- Guide the scrum team on Agile principles and practices to ensure delivery of business value and quality standards- Assist with internal communication to ensure transparency and share relevant information across stakeholders- Facilitate team discussions, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution- Evaluate current Agile Release Train (ART) practices with the RTE and implement improvements**Requirements**:- Experience in serving as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years within a software development environment- Development background in any technology prior to transitioning into the Scrum Master role- Proficiency in Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe- Familiarity with analyzing Agile performance metrics to improve team delivery and collaboration- Expertise in coaching and leading Agile ceremonies to strengthen team dynamics- Capability to resolve impediments through innovative problem-solving and coordination- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field- Strong communication, facilitation, and team coaching capabilities**Nice to have**- Background in mobile technologies- Understanding of advanced AI, ML, and data science concepts- Familiarity with transitioning exploratory tools into production environments that prioritize compliance and analytics**We offer**- Career plan and real growth opportunities- Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions- International Mobility Plan within 25 countries- Constant training, mentoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more- English classes with a certified teacher- Support for employee’s initiatives (Algorithms club, toastmasters, agile club and more)- Enjoyable working environment (Gaming room, napping area, amenities, events, sport teams and more)- Flexible work schedule and dress code- Collaborate in a multicultural environment and share best practices from around the globe- Hired directly by EPAM & 100% under payroll- Law benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, 25% vacation bonus)- Major medical expenses insurance: Life, Major medical expenses with dental & visual coverage (for the employee and direct family members)- 13 % employee savings fund, capped to the law limit- Grocery coupons- 30 days December bonus- Employee Stock Purchase Plan- 12 vacations days plus 4 floating days- Official Mexican holidays, plus 5 extra holidays (Maundry Thursday and Friday, November 2nd, December 24th & 31st)- Monthly non-taxable amount for the electricity and internet billsEPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
