Únete a nuestro equipo como Project Manager Esta posición le reporta a la Subdirección de Desarrollo de Negocio USA Ubicación en: Planta INGETEK Mexicali Un día en la operación: Planificar, coordinar y ejecutar proyectos cumpliendo objetivos de costo, tiempo y calidad. Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios y gestionar recursos eficientemente. Mantener comunicación constante con clientes y equipos internos Elaborar reportes de avance y presentar resultados a la dirección. Identificar riesgos y proponer soluciones efectivas Tu Perfil: Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Administración o áreas afines. Experiencia mínima de dos años en gestión de proyectos o en proyectos de construcción. Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles y herramientas (Paquete Microsoft Office, MS Project, Jira, etc.).
