Landscape Takeoff

We’re looking for a highly accountable **doer**—a detail-driven operator who will fully own the PropertyIntel and Aspire takeoff workflows. Your mission: import aerial/PDF plans, measure properties, auto-generate estimates and visual proposals, and deliver to GM/owner-ready for client approval.Core Responsibilities- **PropertyIntel Operations**:- Launch from Aspire, upload plans/aerial images, and digitize landscape/hardscape zones using PI tools- **Takeoff & Estimate Building**:- Audit all data for precision (±2%) and complete margin analysis- **Proposal Generation**:- Build annotated, color-coded proposals within PropertyIntel; export to Aspire for final formatting- **Operational Execution**:- Manage a personal queue of takeoff jobs, hitting defined SLAs (typically 24-48 hrs)- Provide daily asynchronous updates to GM and owner—flag when you need feedback- **Continuous Improvement**:- Refine estimating templates based on post-job performance- Update playbook with new PropertyIntel techniques — e.g., ProMaps best practices- **Documentation & Training**:- Maintain internal takeoff SOPs- Train field staff on gathering images, annotation capture, and mapping fixesRequired Skills & Experience- **Aspire + PropertyIntel Proficiency**: 1-2 yrs running takeoffs using PropertyIntel or similar tools- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable with PDFs, aerial imagery, CAD basics, and AI-driven overlays- **Landscape Knowledge**: Skilled in mapping turf, irrigation, planting, hardscape, and material types- **Execution Excellence**: High reliability, on-target delivery, meticulous QA- **Clear Communicator**: Strong written English; updates must be concise and regular- **Self-Managed**: Proven background in fully-remote roles with ownership of tasksPreferred Qualifications- Experience with Site Audit maps or similar tagging workflows- Familiarity with Aspire’s CRM and reporting dashboards- Structural understanding of landscape project lifecyclesEngagement & Compensation- **Type**: Contractor (via EOR)- **Base Pay**: TBD—present your expectations during interviews- **Incentives**: Performance bonuses for on-time delivery, estimate accuracy, and margin consistencyPay: $30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Describe your experience with mapping landscape elements such as turf, irrigation, planting beds, hardscape, and other material types.Please include the tools or software you used, the types of projects you worked on, and any specific responsibilities you had related to takeoffs or estimating.- Which takeoff or estimating tools have you used before?
