The company offers a comprehensive range of materials, including regular, brominated, chlorinated, and food-grade butyl rubber, catering to industries such as automotive, medical, and food packaging.With a strong presence across Asia, our client has expanded its footprint to over 35 countries and regions, and is now ambitiously extending its reach into the European market.**Job summary**:We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Country Sales Representatives to lead business development initiatives across key European markets. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with a globally growing company, supported by comprehensive training and onboarding resources.**Responsibilities**:- Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant industrial sectors- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts- Conduct local market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings**Job Requirements**:- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills- Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English or Chinese- Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently- Residing in Germany, France, the Netherlands, or Switzerland- Prior experience is not essential—**training is provided, and we welcome fresh graduates****Compensation Package**:The role offers a base salary plus a 20% performance-based incentive.
