**Vacante para la empresa Epsilon Solutions en Guadalajara, Jalisco**:**Security Operations Center (SOC) - L1 or L2**:We are looking for a Security Operations Center (SOC) - L1 or L2**Requirements**:Grade: Computer Systems Engineer or equivalent (DEGREE, 100% of credits, Truncated)Gender: IndistinctAge: Not requiredLanguage: Advanced EnglishAVAILABILITY TO WORK IN PERSON**Duties**:Handle escalated incidents / alerts / situations by Level 1- Handle & respond to the EDR & MDR alerts- Join major incidents & security incidents to assist client incident handler- Assist in SOC related project tasks- Review & recommend fine tuning of use cases- Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports- Contribute to the knowledge base- High school diploma and relevant work experience is required;- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or other related field preferred- 3 years cybersecurity monitoring experience required Proven analytical, problem solving, and research skills- Understanding of network concepts, protocols, services, and operating systems- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, such as shift work (including rotating shifts), days, nights, and weekends and holidays as necessary- 100% on site- Advance verbal and written communication skills in the English language Ability to work in an open and collaborative environmentCertifications:- Experience in SOC Incident Response and/or in Cyber security with certifications in SIEM / SOC / EDR / MDR or NERC-CISoft Skills:- Team player.- Results focused.- Analytical.We offer:Salary according to experience and skills.We have all the benefits of law and above.Opportunity for growth and development.Work area: Guadalajara, JaliscoWork scheme: 100% Face to Face.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - trunco**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Tecnología / Internet**Industria**:Seguridad Informática y de Red**Habilidades**:- soc- siem- cybersecurity
