Drafting Manager

**Responsibilities**- Manage and schedule the drafting team to ensure timely delivery of projects.- Receive and organize drawings from customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.- Set up job folders for the drafting team to maintain organization and workflow.- Review plans, specifications, and scope to align with project requirements.- Oversee the Field Ready Folder, ensuring all documentation is finalized and accurate.- Coordinate effectively with general contractors and other sub contractors to ensure project alignment and success.- Take charge of one or more projects, depending on company needs, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.**Requirements**:- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.- Thorough understanding of US regulations and building codes.- Proven experience in managing drafting teams or similar roles.- Strong organizational and communication skills.**Position Details**- Location: Cancun office (in-office position).- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.- Compensation: Competitive monthly salary of 30,000 to 38,000 MXN, based on experience and qualifications.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to impactful projects.
