This role ensures that deployments are executed smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with established guidelines. The Deployment DRI will work closely with various AVD teams, including service engineers, on-call cleared engineers, and service owners, to ensure successful deployments and address any issues that arise during the process.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Deployment Management**:- Plan, execute, and monitor deployments to various environments such as Integration (INT) and Production (PROD).- Ensure deployments are carried out efficiently and address any issues that arise during the process.- Obtain necessary approvals before starting deployments and validate the health of the deployment.- **Collaboration**:- Work closely with service engineers, on-call cleared engineers, and service owners to ensure successful deployments.- Coordinate with various AVD teams to address any blockers or issues during the deployment process.- **Monitoring and Reporting**:- Monitor the deployment process to ensure no issues arise and validate the health of the deployment.- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of deployments to relevant stakeholders.- **Incident Management**:- Address any issues that arise during the deployment process immediately and prioritize DRI responsibilities over other tasks.- Log defects, assign them based on root cause analysis, and drive positive changes to improve customer experience.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience in managing deployment processes, preferably in a DevOps environment.- Strong understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) services and related technologies.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues promptly.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.**Thanks****Ashish Sharma****Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12-24 monthsPay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month
