Senior Xamarin Developer – Atos • Monterrey, Nuevo León, México Descripción del trabajo: Senior Mobile Developer – .NET MAUI. Key Responsibilities Utilize mobile app profiling tools (e.g., Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler, Visual Studio Diagnostic Tools) to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Design and implement effective mobile caching strategies to improve responsiveness and reduce load times. Analyse app‑lifecycle events and their impact on performance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement performance improvements. Communicate findings and solutions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Work with third‑party SDKs and libraries including Daon, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dynatrace, Shape, Syncfusion, Evo Chat, and Pendo. Apply best practices in dependency injection, memory management, and resource optimisation. Deliver meaningful contributions within 4–6 weeks after onboarding. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience with .NET MAUI or Xamarin.Forms in production environments deployed across iOS and Android platforms (+6 years). Strong background in mobile performance profiling and debugging tools (e.g., Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler, Visual Studio Diagnostic Tools). Deep understanding of mobile app lifecycle, threading, and asynchronous programming. Demonstrated experience implementing mobile caching strategies (e.g., in‑memory caching, local storage, HTTP caching). Experience integrating and troubleshooting third‑party SDKs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and past problem‑solving approaches. Experience in consumer‑facing mobile apps, preferably in banking or fintech domains. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps. Experience with secure coding practices and compliance in financial applications. Knowledge of analytics and user engagement tools.
