**Verification Processing Agent (Full time)**with the following profile:**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Act as a verifier of various checks, to phone source institutions for verifications or as a processor using language competencies;- Work on queue of assigned verification checks;- Make research and review of the cases;- Monitor the progress of the cases that are assigned on queue;- Conduct research in new and existing countries;- Review process for existing countries and participates in the processes built for new countries;- Work with Operations to ensure that correct language templates are used;- Make sure the appropriate standard wording is used for the specific case;- Monitor workloads to ensure there are no delays and escalates any delay issues;- Make sure meeting the deadlines according to the procedures;- Helps resolve training and/or process issues;- **REQUIREMENTS**_- Excellent command of English and Spanish languages (both written and spoken), knowledge of Portuguese would be a plus;- Technical skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet research, databases);- Personality competencies: analytical thinking, attention to detail, excellent time management;- Behavioural qualities: Problem-solving, quality-oriented attitude, ability to work with different people/institutions, exhibit diplomacy when it is needed, ready to adapt to potential changes, assertiveness, focused and serious approach to work;- **WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU**_- Engaging job at a multinational company;- Excellent remuneration package and work-life balance;- Dynamic work environment and an enthusiastic team;- Class A office in the central district;- Additional Health Insurance;- Food Vouchers;**Interested?**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $14,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Trabajo desde casa- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)- Portugués (Deseable)- Francés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 06030, Ciudad de México, CDMX
